    clean room
    safety concern

The staff seemed friendly at first but

their lack of support during a serious issue ruined my experience. I had my belongings stolen, and despite the chaos, they refused to assist. The room itself was clean, but the feeling of safety is what truly matters.

The spacious setup of the room was really comfortable, and I appreciated the fresh linens and cleanliness. It felt welcoming and homey, perfect for a relaxing getaway with easy accessibility for my needs.

More accessible seating in common areas.

    mixed feelings about my stay

The room had a comfortable bed that helped me rest well during my five nights. The free parking on site was also convenient, making my travel easier.

Though the hotel had great features, there were some cleanliness issues that need attention.

    delicious seafood
    friendly staff
    great location
    power outage
    slow management

The culinary scene nearby is pretty lit! Grab a fresh sub at Subway just a quick stroll away or dive into some bomb seafood at East Gourmet Seafood Restaurant—total flavor town! Plus, friendly vibes from the staff at check-in made the whole experience a breeze.

But hold up, the power was off during our stay, and our room was hotter than a summer day in Rosemead! It was pitch black and frustrating, and getting a hold of management was like chasing smoke—no refund yet, and it felt like we were left in the dark, literally.

Loved the cozy jacuzzi in the room! Perfect for relaxation after a long day. The area was a bit noisy at night with outside traffic though. Overall, a nice place to stay while exploring nearby Pasadena. 😊

    spacious room
    nearby attractions
    lack of family amenities

We spent two nights at this motel and enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like the Natural History Museum, which was a hit with our kids.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities. A small play area or some activities would really help make it more enjoyable for families.

Adequate Stay with Room for Improvement

We spent one night in the Grand Deluxe Double Room. The ice machine was broken, but the staff were accommodating. For a quick bite, check out local eateries nearby for better options than what was offered. Bring earplugs for a quieter night!

    jacuzzi room
    relaxing escape
    comforting spa
    safety concerns
    unpleasant accusations

The stay was quite concerning due to safety issues, as my room was broken into while I was away. The place was not as welcoming as I expected, especially when the staff accused me of mishandling the situation. However, the jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch and provided a relaxing escape after a stressful situation. I really wanted to enjoy my time, but the feeling of being secure was diminished.

I always return here because it suits me perfectly. The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry service make my stays convenient. I fondly remember how the staff helped serve my elderly parents during my first visit. Highly recommend!

    sketchy atmosphere
    dated furnishings

Checking in at night felt a bit sketchy with several people loitering outside, making it uncomfortable to even crack a window for fresh air. The room itself was dated. broken drawers, a wobbly table, and a remote that was more frustrating than helpful. The chairs looked like they hadn’t seen a cleaning in ages, and the soap in the dispensers smelled overly chemical. Ultimately, it felt like a place to avoid rather than enjoy.
